Welcome

The MS Brain Health Program was developed to empower individuals with multiple sclerosis (MS) through knowledge and experiential learning on evidence-based best practices proven to improve Brain Health.
Our program was designed to provide a multidisciplinary approach to Brain Health with a carefully selected group of instructors, including experts in the field of Exercise, Occupational and Physical Therapy, Music Therapy, Nutrition, Neuropsychology and Neurology.
The instructional design of our Brain Health Program follows contemporary and innovative models of education that includes over 20 on-line modules as well as six small group live sessions delivered through zoom meetings. This format is intended to meet the needs of our patients by allowing them to individualize the content for the virtual sessions while having plenty of opportunities to ask questions to our instructors and share experiences in the comfort of your home.
We are thankful for the opportunity to be part of your journey with MS. We hope you find our Program of value and can’t wait to meet you.
